Founder & Civil Engineer
Luana Mantovani
Mission
Sole Director of MT Service, she holds a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and has built her professional career through steady and practical growth, starting from her early operational experience as a surveyor. This background remains a distinctive strength of her profile and allowed her to develop, from the outset, a solid technical foundation, practical expertise, and a strong problem-solving approach.
Over the years, she expanded her skills to achieve an integrated view of the entire construction and real estate process, dealing with design activities, planning applications, zoning matters, technical coordination, and management of the various execution phases, following projects from the preliminary stage through to final delivery.
Throughout her career, she has worked on significant developments alongside established companies, qualified professionals, and major clients, taking part in complex initiatives across the civil, commercial, and residential sectors. Among her key experiences is the Parco Commerciale Nov’aria in Novara, an important turnkey development in which she played a central role in both design and overall project management, assuming responsibility for technical and operational coordination and contributing directly to the development and successful completion of the entire project.
Today, she contributes to the development of complex projects in hospitality, student housing, retail, and real estate value-add initiatives. She places strong value on teamwork, considering the integration of different skills to be a decisive factor in the success of complex operations.

Architect Paola Ferro
Graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Turin, since 1991 she has been practicing as an independent professional, working in architectural design, commercial urban planning, construction supervision and project coordination.
Her main experience in territorial planning concerns the preparation of urban plans for the redevelopment of former industrial areas, transforming them into new residential, commercial and public uses.
In the architectural field she is involved in new developments, renovation of existing buildings and interior architecture, developing projects through to the executive design stage.
As a construction supervisor, she manages procurement procedures, project variations and coordination between designers, site supervisors and contractors, following the process through to the full completion of the works and their delivery to the final client.
Architect Simonetta Salamano
Graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Turin in 1990 and registered with the Order of Architects of Turin.
With over 30 years of experience in the fields of residential, educational, banking, industrial and healthcare construction, since 1990 she has collaborated with leading architectural firms, working on project development both in Italy and abroad, from concept design through to construction.
She has developed particular expertise in the restoration and redevelopment of buildings, especially in the fields of assisted living and educational facilities. Always attentive to the quality of design and, above all, to the well-being of users, she seeks to integrate architecture with the natural environment in order to offer the highest level of comfort to clients.
Dr. Matteo Celegato
A graduate in Business Economics with a major in General Management, he immediately developed a strong interest in the organizational, financial, and regulatory dynamics that influence the business world.
After an initial experience in the banking sector, he consolidated his professional career as a partner in an accounting firm specializing in subsidized finance and corporate taxation, working alongside manufacturing companies, banks, and investment funds in growth and development projects.
He subsequently moved into the commercial real estate sector, overseeing transactions in the hospitality, student housing, retail, and logistics sectors. He joined the MT Service team, where he supports the economic and financial analysis, pre-due diligence phase, and real estate transaction development.
He stands out for his ability to combine analytical rigor and strategic vision, contributing to solid and effective decision-making processes aimed at creating value.
Real Estate Moreno Talana
A licensed real estate broker and strategic business development consultant for MT Service, he works in the real estate sector, focusing on investments, complex transactions, and off-market opportunities. He is also a partner at Sherrard Development Ltd, London, a firm specializing in investment and development advisory.
He has developed a qualified network of relationships with real estate agents, private investors, funds, developers, family offices, and national and international operators, with frequent access to exclusive opportunities.
He works primarily in the hospitality, student housing, logistics, retail, and real estate development sectors, overseeing acquisitions, divestments, and development initiatives. Within MT Service, he contributes to the company's commercial growth and strategic relationships.
He stands out for his market knowledge, negotiating skills, and strategic vision geared toward value creation.
Urb. Dr. Guido Vallino
A professional with recognized experience in urban planning and regional planning, he graduated from the University Institute of Architecture in Venice and boasts decades of experience drafting urban planning tools, regional plans, and land transformation projects.
Throughout his career, he has held important institutional roles, including Councilor of the Order of Architects of the Provinces of Novara and VCO, Coordinator of the Urban Planning Commission of the Federation of Orders of Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta, and member of the National Institute of Urban Planning.
He was the author of reference territorial planning tools for the Province of Novara and an urban planning consultant for the local industrial system, now Confindustria Novara Vercelli Valsesia.
It works closely with MT Service on complex real estate transactions, providing specialized expertise in urban planning, authorization processes, and territorial development.
Sherrard Development Ltd
MT Service operates in partnership with Sherrard Development Ltd, a company founded in 1997 and specialised in investments, real estate development and project management, with a presence across London, Florence, Rome and Lisbon. This collaboration strengthens MT Service’s operational capacity in complex transactions, combining local presence with an international perspective.
The partnership develops initiatives in the high-end hospitality, student housing and senior living sectors, covering the full real estate cycle, from acquisition to development, from financial structuring to final value creation, with MT Service providing operational support in the coordination, planning and delivery of projects.
Sherrard Development Ltd has successfully completed more than twenty acquisitions and developments across Italy, Portugal and the Netherlands, working alongside leading international hotel chains.
